Post-quantum cryptography is a strategic priority for protecting national digital infrastructure against future quantum-capable adversaries. MSCR is positioned as a research and community platform for PQC awareness, assessment, migration, implementation, and governance.
MySEAL
MySEAL is a project to develop a portfolio of national trusted cryptographic algorithms. It provides a list of cryptographic algorithms suitable for implementation within the Malaysian context and supports Dasar Kriptografi Negara through scientific work in cryptography and cryptanalysis.
The MySEAL ecosystem is closely aligned with cryptographic sovereignty, national trusted infrastructure, and Malaysia’s long-term cybersecurity resilience.
